I used Hey Felix to look after my apartment in Potts Point while I couldn’t return to Sydney for a few months during the pandemic. I was able to post my keys to Mark, who did a fantastic job of updating me on the apartment, letting in emergency tradespeople, collecting mail and watering plants.
